This is a week long, intimate retreat in a most wondrous remote setting on the slopes of Haleakala, on the island of Maui. This blessed stupa, the Kagyu Dhechen Hermitage, a Tibetan Buddhist meditation retreat in the Karma Kagyu tradition, is home to a small Tara shrine and nestled in exquisite organic gardens, surrounded by ponds, off the grid, and home to Jeff Munoz, a devotional singer, artist, writer and co-founder, developer and caretaker of Taras hermitage. Daily extensive Tara practise with sublime chanting and dharma teachings by Jeff Munoz, complimented by hikes, meditation, and a communal meal with other Tara practitioners, living on the mountain. Accommodations will be in yurts and tents with beds, in various proximity to the stupa, so good walking capacity is essential.

A remote hide-away in a spectacular setting, deep in the jungle, yet within walking distance of the ocean. The natural thermal spring will invite us to bathe, practice Yoga and Meditation every day, in an unforgettable setting. The unspoiled tropical vegitation will help us heal and relax. Enjoy spacious rooms, delicious Ital food, beautiful gardens and our daily planetary and hatha gatherings in an open hilltop pavillion. This retreat requires an adventurous spirit. Build a bridge to Transcendance here at Riverlodge, a small guesthouse in a 17th century Pirate Fort and Feel Irie, for 7 sun-drenched days. Partake in boat trips, tours, bush hikes and visits with the local healers. Soothe yourself with great Aloe massages. Swim and snorkel undisturbed.

Few Private rooms are available at US$ 300 extra per week. |

REFUND POLICY: Kindly note: there are no refunds for any registrations. However the amount can be allocated to another workshop of your choice within one calendar year and or transferred to another person that you would need to recruit and arrange your logistics with. All cancellations need to be in writing ( email ok ) with a minimum of 7 days notice.
All class materials and food, chai are included where indicated. There are no pre requisites unless so stated. Accommodations are the students responsibility.
