Sitting and walking meditations, interspersed with instruction on pronunciation, sutras and shlokas (original symbolic texts from the ancient Hindu epics such as the Bhagavad Gita, Janeshwari, Mahabarata) will be discussed and explored in relationship to a meaningful connection for individual mantra practice. Mantras dealing with health, wealth, world peace, specific ailments and karmic purification will be given and practiced.
